Not the best experience here. My inlaw is a patient here and we've been in her room for more than a hour waiting for her nurse to update us on her condition. No one still hasn't responded. A few people walked past the room fast so we couldn't ask them a question. Also the TV hasn't worked all weekend with no explanation. Finally a cna came in turned off the call button and said her nurse would be in in a while. When asked what her name was the cna didn't have any information. Food is subpar. Praying for her speedy recovery and release from this place.
My family member had to receive therapy service (in-patient care) for a few months here and overall we were very satisfied with her care. The therapy department really put forth the effort in helping her regain her strength (practically learning how to walk again!!!) and working with her life skills and vocabulary. The therapy department made a huge difference and gave her more confidence to live at home alone. If we need care, we will for sure return!
My mother had to go to Pruitt Health for rehabilitation after having surgery on her leg due to a blood clot! She got the care that she needed and the nurses took excellent care of her! The rehabilitation therapy was great! The place is very clean! They really do work with you to get you back on your feet. The food was good. If anyone needs rehabilitation, this is the place to go! Thanks for taking good care of my mother.
absolutely not. if you love whomever DO NOT put them in here. they do not bathe them, check on them nor care for them. why am i telling them how to do their job? they havent changed my grandmas clothes. she isnt eating and they are not doing anything to help. her catheter bag was so full when they changed it pee got on the floor and they didnt even bother to clean it up. she has a uti since being here and they arent doing anything to help it get better.
After reading the reviews, our family was very skeptical about leaving our Mom here. She was admitted to the rehab side for 4 weeks. We were pleasantly surprised. The nurses taking care of her really seemed to care. They were very personable and made our Mom feel safe. The food could be better, but that is not enough for me to take away any stars. Shout out to Nurse Heather and PT April. Your positive attitude with our Mom helped her get through those 4 weeks-especially through the Holidays. Thank you Pruitt Health
