We were fortunate to find such a great place for my brother. He had several surgeries over the course of the summer and needed more intensive care and rehab than is available in our area. Also we live several hours away so it was easier to have him close to his doctor and hospital than for us to make him go on a long car ride. He enjoyed his time at St. Anne’s and my husband and I are very grateful to everyone - office and managerial staff, nursing and janitorial- every single person was kind to him and to us. Oh! And he liked the food too. I don’t hesitate to recommend St. Anne’s.
I am so grateful for St Anne. The home and care team are lovely. It has up to about 40 residents, and the staff are so caring and residents are clearly cared for. Housekeeping is amazing. My dad was so happy during his time at St Anne. He was always clean, dressed, and cared for each time that I visited. He enjoyed the company of the other residents and staff. He liked the food too. There are social activities all the time, holiday parties, and new decorations to keep things fun. I took him to the park across the street to feed the ducks and go on walks. My kids and I also took him to the playground a few blocks away. The staff were very supportive in helping me manage his extra care coordination needs, like making calls when transportation was missed, shifting PT/OT goals as his abilities changed, and keeping me informed. I would definitely choose St Anne again.
Best rehab. Facility I’ve experienced,. Good food, excellent staff , nice accommodations, No kidding . Excellent rehab. Department .Not religious at all.
Mom has been at St. Anne's for four months after she had to leave assisted living for increased care needs. The staff are phenomenal and especially in this time of COVID-19, are heroes. She is without pain for the first time in over a decade. Wow - and she's had excellent care before this. I owe that to the skilled medical and care staff that includes the on-site physical therapy team and facilities. If you want to avoid the larger multi-story care centers and gain a very personal care team, this is the place. Surrounded by large trees and a quiet neighborhood, the courtyard garden space and additional open yard fenced for privacy, it's where I'd go for myself.
Our mother was in St. Anne's for over a year. She was treated wonderfully! The staff was totally attentive along with admin., when I had questions. My mom always had plenty to eat along with a different choice when she didn't care for something. We were very pleased with her care.
