Shoreline Health and Rehabilitation

Shoreline Health and Rehabilitation is an excellent place to go for rehab. If I didn't know what nice caring people worked there I would have kept on driving because the place looks run down. Once inside you'll find it's clean and nice. The people are top notch and try really hard to accommodate the people they care for. My mom has been there three times. My mom is very particular and each time she needed rehab she asked to go to Shoreline because she knows she'll get the care she needs. They also have a few private rooms which my mom was fortunate enough to get. Thank you to all the caregivers at Shoreline for your consistent good care and smiles.

My elderly father spent 2 months at this rehab facility after a fall, and I was so impressed with the entire staff there. Their kindness, expertise, and compassion for their patients was exceptional. I've worked in healthcare as a nurse for 27 years and know good care when I see it. The building itself is old and a little run down, but every employee my father and I came into contact with was helpful and professional. The administrative staff, physical therapists, social worker, receptionist, and their business office manager were of tremendous help to us during the long process of getting my father approved for Medicaid. This place took excellent care of my father from beginning to end.

My dad had a couple stays at Shoreline Health and Rehab. From the beginning, they were always nice and welcoming to him. He was in his own individual room which I appreciated. The physical, occupational, and speech therapy were very encouraging to him and I could see his progress improving. They respected my dad's wishes in his accommodations while staying there. There some food items dad liked and some he didn't. Overall, compared to other skilled nursing facilities. I would recommend them for their staff as well as the facilities.

We just finished my Mom's 4th stay at Shoreline Health and Rehab. That it's her 4th stay tells you that we trust Shoreline Health and Rehab. My mom, in her mid 90s, is still living fairly independently. Their rehabilitation therapy staff is amazing. They have always done a great job of getting her back on her feet and strong enough to be able to maintain that independence. They do a great job of keeping the physical therapy fun, gently pushing and prodding their patients to get moving and get stronger. It is obvious how much this staff cares about their patients and their therapy goals. The nursing staff is great and really cares about her health and recovery. The administrative team has always been supportive and any concerns we have had have been addressed immediately. The facility is kept neat and clean. While Mom would tell you the food leaves something to be desired...they are hot, healthy, balanced meals and the dietary staff did their best to accommodate Mom's requests. For short term skilled nursing rehab after a hospital stay, I highly recommend Shoreline Health and Rehab. Thank you team for the great care you have provided my Mom over the years.

You never want a loved one to have to go to a skilled nursing facility but I believe God brought my mom there because he knew how incredible these people are. Ruby the head nurse is nothing less than exceptional, caring, extremely smart, and so invested in her patients journey to getting well. John one of the nursing staff has the kindest heart and would stay late and come in early to help my mom. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because 10 star treatment was given. They deserve more than a great google review. They deserve an award!!! Thank you Ruby and John!! There were others there that cared for my mom as well I just don’t know their names. I want to thank them all.
