I have never been more appalled by a director of nursing than I was with Buffy. She is condescending to staff and family.  She out right gives false information and calls it education.
Residents are only receiving 1 shower a week.
Do not under any circumstances send your loved ones here.To the CNA staff, you deserve a 5 star review. I saw many of you go above and beyond. I saw and heard how you were mistreated by management. Thank you for doing so much with so little. Guardian, get a new DON, it will help your staffing issues.

Had a mother inlaw and a brother in-law in Lakeview and they was really good with them. And I referred my client to go there for therapy. I was so happy he was Excepted. I wouldn't trust him to be anywhere else for what needs done
