Never have I ever!!! I’ve never been so ticked off at a facility. All I did was complain to them about my daddy with the lack of care he DIDN’t receive! Daddy would call us crying about being there! He lost so much weight while there. He’d call and say he’d been waiting for hours to get his diaper changed and he was hungry. I witnessed this! I walked in to the most nastiest room and bathroom. My breaking point was walking in finding two nasty diapers laying around. One was in our visiting chair we sit in but the worst was finding a filthy diaper sitting on his food tray filled with urine & poop. They said he must be pulling them off, um no he has a diaper on, Ya’ll changing him and not throwing them away. How nasty is that?! I was fixing to have to run to the store to buy cleaning supplies for his room but worried about more stuff being stolen. Yes I said being stolen because he had a lot of stuff missing. Nobody knew where it went. Imagine that!!! So ridiculous! Anyways they ended up sending a gentleman down to clean. He was nice. Needless to say he’s in a hospital bed at his home. No way in hell he was staying in there. I wouldn’t leave a dog there!!!!!! He even came home with bed sores even though we told them his bottom was hurting. I guess he wasn’t important enough to get cared for. I waited to write a review because I know my mouth can get disrespectful. It smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. Do not put your loved ones here it’s not good at all.

Do not send your loved ones to this place for rehab or anything else! I only lasted 10 days in this facility. Something in my spirit just told me I wasn’t supposed to be there. I was heavily medicated, employees were fighting each other, there was a patient screaming down the hall nonstop, nurses were calling patients “names”, etc. Luckily I got sick & had to go out to the hospital. I was able to go to a better facility.

I knew the day that my beautiful mother entered into this facility that she would never be coming out. The day she got there they informed her that they did not have the staff to help her to the bathroom so she would now be using a diaper. She developed bed sores. She became weaker and weaker. She was isolated and alone. She had dementia (which they are NOT equipped to handle appropriately) and delirium so she was actively hallucinating and was scared. They knew that she couldn’t feed herself and was losing weight rapidly. My sister told them multiple times and they promised to feed her. They didn’t. She regressed so quickly that she stopped being able to communicate at all. My sister called and told me that our mother died and the facility said “she went peacefully in her sleep”. Lovely generic statement that I am sure they say to everyone. How would they know she went peacefully? How would they know she died in her sleep? Was someone there with her when it happened? Did they come in at all? These are questions that we will never have the answers to. On her death certificate one of the things listed was “failure to thrive”. I imagine she did have “failure to thrive”. That happens when you aren’t fed, aren’t given liquids through IV or otherwise and you are left in a diaper to waste away. I cannot say enough DO NOT SEND SOMEONE YOU LOVE HERE! The so called “care” for our elderly is abysmal in Tennessee. Unless you are rich don’t expect yourself or anyone you love to get good care in facilities like this. It won’t happen.

My mom had surgery, lost all her strength from the complex surgery. The hospital sent her here to "rehab". She wasn't able to walk or get up or down. My stepdad has insurance that pays 100% for the 1st 30 days. She fell over 8 times while there. She played on the floor screaming foʻr help. I went everyday and had to clean her. They considered her " rehab" was when they walked to bathroom & back. She's worse than before she went because they terrified her & treated her badly. Basically kept her jail till they tucked the insurance company dry. Don't get me started on the state of the bathrooms in each room. NEVER AGAIN

Pathetic place, I would not put my dog there. My step dad was sent there and for the time he was there 72 hours, they didn't get him out of bed, had poop smears in his bed, didn't shower him, came home with a nasty rash. Staff is incompetent, don't care and are extremely rude and unprofessional.
