I just wanted to express my gratitude to the exceptionally fine and helpful employees. Yes we have Sara and Clarissa at the front counter (always helpful with me and my sister Roxane visit’s). Always making arrangements to borrow a wheelchair, showers for special occasions. Basically anything we need (like finding mom glasses dentures’s) We also have Elizabeth her social worker. I do want to mention Kim in the financial office. My mom Patricia Jones thinks Kim went to school with her. Kim is so good to mom and just agrees with her. She is so good hearted. There is so many more great employees: Jules, Noah, her second shift nurse. She lets us call her Nellie. So I would recommend Willowcrest to all friends. Wonderful staff each and everyone. Thank you Rhonda and Roxane

I would like to send a shout out to anyone who is looking for short term rehab facilities or for anyone who may need long term care for loved ones My Husband has been living at Willowcrest health Services since September 2024. He hasbeen in several others since his need for outside care away from home and by far this is been the best. We all know that in Health Care everything is not always perfect in our eyes however they make things work to be there for the residents needs.Having PATIENCE HELPS. Everyone's needs are IMPORTANT. In trying to find a place I would like u to consider taking a tour and making your decision by speaking to staff and other residents.

This place is like a puppy mill of rehab centers. My expectations of a rehab facility start low and it only got worse in this facility. Mom contracted norovirus and ended up at this place because they would take her. The smells are putrid so make sure you mask up because this is a petri dish of a place. If I could body wash myself in sanitizer I would before and after. The administrators should be forced to eat at least one meal a week of what the kitchen is serving. I have never seen uncooked, gray food in my life. Everybody who works there says that the food is disgusting and trust me I would not eat it. I had to bring in food for Mom that was palatable so she could try to regain her strength. She waits over an hour to get just a bed pan and many times they just don't show up for calls. It is disgusting that a place treats the elderly worse than our animals.

My brother CJ Medd has been a client here for more than 2 years. He is bedridden and needs constant care. I visit for 10 days 3 times a year and have observed highly responsive, professional and caring personal who do very difficult work. The food is nutritious and prepared for individual requirements. Very dedicated staff. My family and I are grateful.

Beware! ZERO Star place....DO NOT allow or place a loved one at this place. My mother was discharged from hospital to this rehab location on Dec 28, 2023. This was a rehab that had an open bed and hospital social worker placed her. We are an extremely involved family with the care of our loved ones. Day one was not a good start. She was moved to this location without notice to family. Day two we found her there and not taken care of at all. They did not even give her water or help her to the restroom during the first 20 hours there. My sister had a talk with the staff and explained the issue. They still have not stepped it up and she did not receive services and we were told no PT / OT because it was the holiday weekend. They are just a tray drop; pill drop a cup of water. Dehydration was starting to set in. Additional talks with staff about how she needs to be up and, in the bathroom, as needed plus plenty of water besides what the family is doing for her during the visits. Day 6 My sister met with PT and OT and they explained what the daily process would be like. Helping her with hygiene, dressing and PT Time. Then place in wheelchair until after lunch with obtain help to restroom as needed. OT would come later in the day and help her with nightly hygiene and change of clothes and place in bed. Day 7 PT came and did morning routine. OT never show up and she was left sitting in a wheelchair from 9:30am for the day with call button pushed and no show to address or review her needs. She did have a diaper on but a full day of no one attending our addressing her needs turned into a full clean and change. Staff were told what the issue plus no water is either. Day 8 PT came and did daily routine. She was placed in wheelchair when I arrived at 12:30 she was still in the same spot left for the day and no water and only cup with note of PM with date from the day before. She was very out of it and dehydrated. I gave her water plus liquid IV to replenish her water needs. My sister came later and no OT and still only the water family provided her still sitting in wheelchair. Talk with staff and addressed our concerns. Day 9 same thing just pills and meals. Day 10 I was there for 5 hours no one came in to check or even review patient’s needs. Dehydration because no water was delivered prior to my arrival. On Day 11 my sister had a meeting to address the lack of care and how our mother’s health was getting worse instead of better plus the services not being provided. We want and need her to move out of this rehab. They claimed they are short staffed just like every other single time. Day 12, Day13 the same lack of services and care.
