Just say NO to this facility. My daughter is diabetic with a terminal disease. Her blood sugars would be left unchecked by staff and if it weren’t for a friend insisting they call EMT in, we believed she would have become comatose or even dead (this happened two different times). Her blood sugar was in the lower 30’s. The day before we moved her, I walked into her room to find her on a bed without a sheet, nude from waist down. I covered her up, looked for a CNA, they were not concerned. Was also told by nurse, my daughter had a UTI, ask to see discharge paperwork from hospital, wasn’t available to be seen (couldn’t locate paperwork). Come to find out wasn’t UTI, then told later I had misunderstood or a miscommunication had occurred between myself and the nurse. The nurse did not look for the paperwork, nor was she concerned enough to do so. I’d rather they say “I don’t know.” “I will try to locate the DC paperwork.” I called her a bold-faced liar! This review could continue, howbeit, I’m just going to say in no uncertain terms do not trust the care of your loved ones to this facility.

By far the worst facility and staff I’ve ever had to deal with. My mother is in hospice on her DEATHBED because of the neglect and abuse cause by the staff/charge nurses not properly taking care of my mother. When confronted no one takes responsibility and makes every excuse in the world to avoid residents family’s. DO NOT put your Loved ones in this facility!

My sister is in this nursing home. It’s not perfect but it’s pretty good. Special shout out to Crystal who is in charge of social activities there, Jennifer her speech therapist who encourages her everyday, Art the transport guy & aid, Mike in maintenance, and Cheryl who is a friend and excellent aid that helped her during her transition. There are some very invested employees and friendly staff. They meet and sometimes exceed meeting her needs. They transport her comfortably to and from medical appointments. And keep an aid with her. They provided a female aid for her female check up appointments. They will let relatives have a meal there with resident when visiting. We are thankful for the care and attention from every area of the faculty, office staff, cleaning personnel, maintenance, the aids and medical staff. Thank you for what you do.

Went to visit this place for my mom who has to be treated for staph infection for 6 weeks… I’m sorry I tried to be positive but this place is a dump. Paint coming off the walls. Dirt in between tile in bath, floor dirty, nothing matches in eating area and game area. I can’t believe anyone would send their loved one here. The office we met in had bags of stuff in corner and ancient pictures on the wall. I said a hearty NO. I love my mom too much to trust people who don’t make a healing place livable. Stay clear of this!!!!

The caregivers and nurses go above and beyond every single day. They treat the residents with genuine kindness and dignity. It’s clear they love what they do, and it makes such a difference.”
