Comprehensive Care
Jordan Creek is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility. We provide a broad assortment of in-house services to meet almost every need imaginable. These include Skilled Nursing Care, Physical and Occupational Therapies, Dietitians, Behavioral and Alzheimer’s Care, Activities, Hospice and a variety of others all under the watchful eyes of Physician Medical Directors.
