THE WATERS OF ROBERTSON, LLC

If you are considering the Waters of Robertson for a loved one, I am begging you- please don't! If you have a family member here- get them out ASAP. This place is dangerous for patients and should be shut down. If I wrote all of the horrible things they have done to a family friend, you wouldn't believe it. I'm in utter disbelief myself and don't understand how they are still in business and not in jail. It's just sickening. All of the staff should be ashamed of themselves.

If I could give them a negative I would. They need to shut this facility down. Let my father's staples get infected. Lucky he was only in there temporary. Got him moved. Nurses if you can find one have no clue and not helpful. The head lady absolutely clueless and says you didn't tell her something when there is proof. Please don't send your love ones there.

I have been there many times and was there for 3 months as I broke both legs each in 2 places, they have always been nice to me they are almost like a 2nd family, they have 2 of the Best PTs and OTs I have ever worked with. Robert qnd Mary Jo, they are funny, loving and caring qnd will get you back on your feet. I live them so much after I left I would stop in to see them. The only thing is I wish the rooms were larger very small for 2 beds and wish it didn't cost extra for private room, the food is OK, but I always talk to the head of kitchen and let them know what I can eat qnd what I can't, and they have always accommodated, me and I think they portion she be larger, which my doc is wanting me to gain weight so I will talk to them about that. I speak up for myself, if someone was treating me bad, I would call thrm out .. that's just me..

I was a patient there for approximately a yearAnd in that time I gained a 150 lb and it was not because of the food. I believe there is no Nutrition in the food. Everyone from the Waters of Springfield went to the Waters of Robertson when I left there was only 6 of us left! That right there should say it all Don't send your family there please!!

They have no staff. My family member died there due to their negligence. Please don't put anyone there if you want to see them again.
