I loved my stay at Coral Desert. They were timely in my requests. They took care of my medical needs properly. The physical therapy which I received 2 times a day (pt and ot) were very good at their jobs and their knowledge was shown by the way they spoke. As a gluten free person, they were very easy to work with and did well in making good meals for me that were healthy and gluten free. I would recommend Coral Desert to anyone.
This place was high recommended to us from New.Mexico. I was there 4 months with my son. Since we were from out of town I was able to live there with him, I had the prevalence of being thought by the amazing nurses, CNA, RT, PT, OR, Speech therapist, Wound Doctor. They explain and thought me so well that I felt confident on taking my son back home..I thank each and everyone working there this whole experience was amazing.
Very nice, very clean, everyone was on the ball. Food was good. Sebastian made sure the meals were taken care of. Norma and Lacey are amazing cnas. Therapists Max and Chad went the extra mile for us. Everyone worked together and everyone works hard.
The facility is very clean and the food is great. The nursing, therapy, and administrative staff is incredible and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Everyone works so well together as a team. They are always checking up on you to make sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend it.
So my Mom was at Coral Desert for a couple months after a fall at home. The staff at Coral were amazing. I remember being in my Moms room one morning talking about the care there and my Mom starting crying, I said what's wrong, she said " they just love me. I can feel it. I love them too"
That's what it's all about. I always say there are two types of care takers, one that really enjoys their job and care and one there for a paycheck. All staff we encountered at Coral seemed to really care and enjoy their job.
Great peace of mind for families. Mom is home now and we give much thanks to the staff at Coral.
