New update……..Now my Dad is on hospice after this facility failed to care for him the 2 days he was there after he was doing much better and had been released from the hospital and he was to be at this facility for few weeks for rehab and now he is expected to die by end of the week. My Dad was doing much better, speaking and walking until this facility cared for him or should I say didn’t care for him. Do not trust this memory care facility with your loved ones! I would give 0 stars if I could. My Dad had been at this facility a few days and my family and were already not trusting this facility based on how he feels being there, he is not happy and how my Mom was treated when visiting him. The staff I hear is not so friendly and acts and seems rushed and bothered. He begs my Mom not to leave him there and he is the sweetest kindest man and likes everyone and if he is feeling this way something is wrong as he has been happier at other facilities and honest about it good or bad. Therapy twice a day is good and otherwise that is it. Dreary place from what I hear and who knows what they do when no one is around. Reading reviews about staff, lack of care, lack of feeding residents, what the residents are fed, abuse, neglect and causing death of residents, staff turnover, plus the ratings for this facility on so many sites thinking this is not the place for him. This facility also lied about what insurance was accepted and or denied and blamed it on the insurance company to find out it is the facility. Anyone can post and fake good reviews but not many are going to take the time to post bad reviews. I prayed this facility would provide good care for my Dad and after a few days and a fall he is back in hospital and won’t wake up. Check out all watchlists and reports on this facility before you move loved ones there.

Our dad stayed at Royalton several years ago when he was recovering from a surgery. He has had to do this several times over the years at different places but we liked Royalton the best. The staff was attentive and both the facilities and the grounds were always clean.

I give 4.5 stars. In 8 weeks my husband was able to heal and gain enough strength while in Royalton Rehabilitation wing to be able to come home to continue his therapy and healing in a familiar environment. There are many caring and competent individuals at this facility and their therapy department is fantastic. In my opinion, it doesnt matter where your loved one goes, you must be their advocate and participate in a partnership role with the care team.

I have found Royalton Manor's service for our Dad to be excellent. Their Administrator Mr. Raza and his staff are very professional and responsive. They show genuine concern about the residents and the quality of care. It was the right choice for our family.

The staff is great. They encourage him and help him to feel happy since he has the ki d of dementia that makes it easy to be sad. I am grateful for this. If he is happy I am happy. He is safe here. That is big.
