My son was housed at SICC for approximately 9 months. I want to thank the medical staff and the ancillary staff for all the support and care provided. I want to thank especially Ola the charge nurse on the 3rd floor. Social workers Chris and very helpful Jasmine. Israel was also very helpful. I would recommend this facility, Thank you all very much, god’s graces my son is on his way to healing.

I have been here in S.I. Care Center since June 9, 2025. The Care here is AMAZING. Everyone is So Caring & Friendly. Food is Great also. There are So many people that I can name here, but I must Mention my 2 Therapists, Judy & Nagura(they have helped me do my Therapy & I can Say, I'm ready to go home on July 3rd. Thank You to All the Wonderful Nurses, Aides & Ruth & Ron on 5th Floor. You're All the Best. I'm adding on to my Review to include Several more Wonderful People on the 5th Floor. First I have to Correct Nagura's name. It's Actually Nagwa(Sorry Nagwa, AKA Ms Giggles. Other Great People are Samantha(CNA), Erlinda(Food), Ruth(Housekeeping), Liz(Nurse Supervisor), Browne, Davion, Ebere(LPN), also 2 other Great Physical Therapists-Sue & Agnes. I will Remember You All for Your Care & Kindness. Thank You to the Whole 5th Floor. Liz Whelan. I have to also Thank Helen Walker the Wonderful Social Worker, who made sure I received everything I needed. She did a Fabulous Job & was a Great Person, who I Never will forget.

Awful. Patients are allowed only TWO showers a week. The pt I know, gets bathed Friday night and Saturday morning ONLY if she has an aide willing to do it. This makes sense?!?! It’s abuse. Not to mention the disgusting food. No choices, no beverages no fruit, nothing. While arriving to observe a physical therapy session, learning to walk using a walker, the pt had NO shoes on, only hospital socks with the gripping on the top of her foot, the side of her body that has weakness from a stroke. Was only corrected once I arrived and said something . This is NOT okay. Place smells like urine and is filthy. The staff were scrambling yesterday because the CEO was there in the afternoon. Now I know why they were cleaning the elevators with Fabuloso when I arrived. The photo is of dinner. Sickening.
