Our mother lived at Countryside Manor for 13 years. She had both physical and cognitive impairments. During that time, the staff at Countryside was consistently top notch. They delivered loving and compassionate services as they cared for her. We visited her frequently and were always comforted by the care she received. We highly recommend this excellent and comprehensive care facility and we thank them for taking care of our mom. Johnna Elliott
My mother has been at Countryside for about two months first in Rehab then transferring to Assisted Living. I have found every aspect of her care to be excellent, appropriate and compassionate. The staff are friendly and supportive to her and to me as a family member with concerns. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for long term care for a beloved family member.
We moved here from VA 11 months ago, to be near kids and grand kids. We could not be happier!!! Wonderful staff, The Director is amazing and the residents are great people. I like the fact that it is not too large, so you get to know everyone!
My MIL went to Countryside for rehab. I went to see her every day and made sure she got the care she needed. I would frequently have to track someone down to get medicine and insist that my MIL get a shower. If you don’t advocate on your loved one’s behalf, things don’t get done. I will say the activities lady was lovely and one of the nurses was REALLY great. But the head nurse was always grumpy, complaining about her job and did a poor job of taking care of folks. I even had to go to the kitchen twice bc my MIL doesn’t eat fish and they kept sending her fish. She’s 90 years old, bring her food she can eat.
My mom entered Countryside only a couple of days ago before passing away. After not having a good experience with my dad at another facility we were very well pleased with the staff at countryside. They were with my mom in the last few minutes of her life on earth and would not have chosen a better place for her to stay. Thanks Countryside for all you did.
