I must say they have the best therapy team. They have helped me set goals for a safe recovery.Dietary department too did an amazing job with giving me option to switch to different meals. Nursing team CNA Lee and Christie is two of the best CNA who have taken cared of me. Also want to recognized Thess for her exceptional work cleaning my room. Last my nurse Ferede for always being on top of my medication and needs. If you want a Rehabilitation and good Therapy this is the place to be.

I've been at Birch Creek Rehabilitation for almost 3 weeks. Food is good and Therapy team is really good. The facility is kept clean and neat. I want to specially recognized nurse Amanda and CNA Sam they are attentive and seeet. Ali too is an amazing CNA.
