Horrible place!!!! Nurses are angry and obnoxious to patients. Paint peeling on walls, and equipment is in need of replacing. Roaches and huge black hairy spiders found in bathroom shared by 4 adults. A/V call button was hanging from the electrical cords in the shower. Toilet was leaking water around base and you stepped in it when going pee. Food service was the worst of all. The policy of 7hill told to me by food service director and head nurse was if you order a substitute meal you will get it. Also once the main meal is served then you can order a snack meal immediately. However this is a lie!!! I asked for a grilled cheese and soup and the CNA told me she didn’t know if she is allowed so she called down the hall to a nurse or CNA who was in charge and this person loudly said NO. She’ll eat what she got. This is not a fast food place. So I didn’t eat that night. Also the administration tried to stop me from reading and copying the State inspection reports. These inspection reports are to be read by anyone!!! Wow, they had a lot of violations. Theses inspection reports only thing I can say is the PT/OT staff and Mary from CNA were wonderful. Made me smile a little in this prison.

I have a friend that has been here for about two months. Big problem with clothing and personal belongings. Have had to purchase clothes five times. Finally reported it and was told they would check into it but never heard anything else. Personal items including hangers are even being taken and a brand new pair of slippers in the last two days. Felt he was being over medicated and requested meeting with doctor but the nurse was the one to contact me. She did reduce dosage. Facility does seem to keep up with cleanliness. No real continued communication as to progress.

What a GREAT experience this has been! My mom recently admitted to the rehab unit here, from the time you walk in the staff is always smiling and greeting you. Every time I come in the place is always smelling clean and fresh. The nurses and CNAs are very attentive to the residents. The therapy team is awesome. Any time I stop by therapy team is always eager to tell me about mom’s progress. I am so glad we chose Seven Hills!

I've been calling for two days now...I've asked multiple nurses and aids to kindly check my mothers cell phone ...either it's off or im blocked some how. Well I called about 15 mins ago. First I get hung up on. Then I call back and get hungup on again . Then icall back and sweet lady answers and offers to walk back and check the phone issue. She puts me on hold then again someone picks up and hangs it up. Then I call back again I get sent to voice mail,I call again...voicemail,and again...voice mail. And again.....someone picks up and hangs it up. What the he'll is really going on ??? Is this romper room? Are we playing a game??? And these are the people that care for my mother and they can't even treat a calling family member with respect, who knows how my mother's really getting treated. She's done already told me twice that a nurse there gets mad at her when she is told to stand up or walk when she's not able to at those particular moments. Im rather very upset right now. I wish I were rich and could take my mother out of this place......its now Nov.24,2025. Nothing seems to change.... it doesn't matter the sweetest, nicest person could answer your call but its not gonna change your outcome after being transferred. I understand these people got work to do. But apparently they need to hire someone to help answer the phone on the wings ,units what have you. After a week of suffering my mom's beloved pet dog of 17 years passed away this morning, it was awful, sad,and I needed her on that phone with me while she passed I couldn't handle it I needed her comforting words and just knowing I wasn't alone and someone was with me. It didn't happen it takes call 3 plus times saying what unit you want and if they answer you might get lucky . Im sorry I'm rambling on. Im just upset. People just don't plan on getting through to your people in and kinda of jiffy.

Most of the Staff there was very warm & pleasant. I sat with my aunt during lunch and it warned my heart to see how the staff in there was being so attentive and patient wh the residents. However" I witness a nurse have the worst attitudes. Her patient had to use the restroom and she took forever to come take her and when she did come her attitude was horrible! She didn't seem to care that there was a guest in the room, she wasn't friendly at all. And when the patient told her she needed her pad changed on the bed because it was wet, she said with a nasty attitude, I told you I'll change it and walked away.... I'm a Caregiver myself and It takes patience, you need to be warm, kind, understanding, compassionate and nurturing. Yes It can get tough at times but you push through because it's so rewarding seeing them comfortable and happy. I wouldn't say this person is a bad person, but what I'm saying is, if it's not your passion to care for people and you're just working for a paycheck, please leave and do what you enjoy doing. My mom always said" If you enjoy your job, you'll never work a day in your life❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I NOW SEE THIS IS TRUE🥰🥰
