CNA excellent 👍 Nurses excellent 👍 Facility in itself no respect for the Individual. Just exist until you die. They still get the money 🤑 That's the only important thing to them I wish you best of luck 🙏

My mother is currently living here and at first, it sounded great and an excellent place for her. After a while, quality of care drastically decreased. I justified a lot for so long because I’ve heard so much about the turnover rate and the center not being able to keep staff, which I understand completely being in the field, assuming they were doing the best they could under bad circumstances. I’m guessing now they’re just giving anyone a job to fill spots. There’s a CNA named Sherri who walks around the center bad mouthing multiple patients, including my mother. She talks about my mother’s money and makes implications that my mother is getting with bedridden men in the facility for cigarettes. What is someone, especially who is supposed to be taking care of my mother, worrying about that at all for? Let alone to talk to other patients that way? I’ve been told this is a CNA who’s had to be re-educated twice already. It’s absolutely disgusting and incredibly unprofessional. The staff’s also lost her clothes multiple times when her laundry gets done and doesn’t even act like they feel bad about it when she’s down to barely any clothes. It’s not right at all.

The nurses my mom had were nice. Alarms were going off all the time. Man patient wondering into women’s room. Person at front desk didn’t know how to use computer to look up rooms. Parking lot had shady characters wondering into parking lot.

I stayed at this facility for about a year At the age of 35. I watched them mistreat people and abuse people. They openly talk shit about people behind their back, patient and staff alike I even have a recording of the administrator when he kicked me out I was in his office and he was cussing at me and accusing me of all sorts of stuff I’m wondering what I should do with this recording but I’d love to get it into the right hands He would be fired instantly if somebody were to see this His second and command, Jake, was always really nice to me, but I wish he stuck up for me and that meeting This is almost a year ago now so hopefully that guy is fired but I hope Jake is doing well

Most of the nurses and most of the aids have been good to me. They clean up good as well. Food is great. Administration is great as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing services. They listen to me and take care of my needs. The people here are great. Jake is the best of the bunch he's the tremendous. The doctor around here give me what I need. Definitely utilize this place for anyone that needs services.
