This is a one size fits all place! Care is not individualized at all. Medical staff is purposely low staffed so the management can make all the money. I had a loved one there for an extended period of time. There were CNAs that threw the TV remote at him, made him wait 3 hours to get a soiled diaper change. When I talked to staff they wanted to know dates and times. I can't be exact. The answer is to talk to each staff members and tell them (there's not too much staff). Also on weekends there is no housekeeping. Patients in a rehab don't need that on weekends I guess. I asked for a vacuum and vacuumed the room and emptied the garbage cans. This establishment leaves alot to be desired. Don't let the beautiful pictures full you. The AC was broken, took several weeks to get it fixed. I work in the medical profession so I'm aware of good care is "just getting by". This may be a good place if you're not too ill post-op, otherwise, the skill set just isn't adequate.

I have written a review in the past and since then have had an additional surgery and am seeing a different therapist I would like to add a review for this treatment. I have had a complicated left knee, total revision and my surgeon again sent me to Legacy Village outpatient rehabilitation. I work with Parker. He has been fantastic! This revision has not been straight forward and was much more difficult than the one on my right leg, but Parker has stayed with me and been not only a fantastic and kind cheerleader, but has used different modalities on this leg to help me through the difficult rehab. Parker is incredibly bright. He thoroughly understands anatomy and mechanics of the body and joints. He is always smiling and kind, which goes a long way when I am in pain or down about my circumstances. He has helped so much and is not afraid to ask others for assistance if he feels they may have something to offer. In particular, Tim has also helped and is very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him either. I would recommend Parker to anyone, for any type of PT they need. He is fully equipped and capable of rehabilitating any patient, as long as you also want to put the work in. My case is especially complicated, yet he has been able to greatly assist me and we are nearing me reaching full strength and getting back to a normal, healthy life. I just cannot say enough good things about Parker and how he handles rehab, patients and his own outlook. He is fantastic.

I would give them a zero if could. The staff was rude and every time my wife needed pain medications they would say quote" there is no way your pain could be a 10 when it was she was dying of cancer. They kept accusing me of domestic abuse and even called adult protection on me that information was provided to me by Dr Clark of the Huntsman cancer Hospital, of course he had to investigate but there was never any ABUSE except what Legacy did to me and my family. I have suffered great mental anguish and financial distress. My wife also had a mental disorder for which they have no experience or training to treat. she was having blood loss and without any notification with her family Legacy Village just sent my wife to IHC which was not in her network and just for three days IHC wants $27000 which is more than her six week stay at the U of U. I would not walk but run from this place it may look nice on the inside but they gave me my wife horrible treatment.

The rooms were very nice. For the most part the food was good 👍. I was encouraged to leave to soon and was given a walker that will not fit through my doorways. The phones in the rooms do not work. The optional menu foods are nothing short of gross an inedible. I went hungry several times a week because I don't like fish and tried to replace the meal. For the most part the chef and team did an amazing job with the meals! Jana and Lucy are great physical therapist! I was there for 4 weeks but should have been there at least 6 weeks.
