HERITAGE PLAZA NURSING CENTER

I had a delivery here and when I walked in all the patients were just parked in their wheelchairs away from each other with no tv/activities and it was silent. All of the nurses were just sitting around talking. I would never trust this place with anyone I love.

I have had experiences at a few nursing facilities the past two years and this facility is by far the BEST. The staff keeps me updated constantly. I never wanted to have to put my dad in a facility but I’m glad since I did, that he is here. Fully staffed with caring individuals who show they enjoy their jobs. They are formerly and knowledgeable and patient. I don’t ever have to worry about my dad with him here. I am so thankful for each and every one of them from the CNAs to the Nurses to the administration staff. Top notch. ALL OF THEM.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. My mother was there and she hardly ever got a shower. As soon as you walk in the front door all you smell is pee and poop. The nurses are absolutely rude. They hear the residences call for help and they argue over who is going to help them because they don’t want to help. They sit on their phones and do nothing. The laugh at these poor people who can’t help how they are. The administrator is just as bad. She walks around in her high heels and watches her nurses have this behavior and does nothing even laughs with them. They never spoke to the families at all. When they would have a party on the holidays for family members and set a certain time they would always stop it before it was even supposed to be over. These people are absolutely disqualified to help anyone. I would NEVER put your love one in this place if it could be avoided.

This facilty has been great. The rehab program was great! I have had a good stay and received the therapy needed to get me home- Aries was a great support and helped me get setup to go home with home health care services.

This review is for office staff. Laura and Belinda were amazing to deal with. My mother did not end up coming here due to other circumstances, but these ladies were a pleasure to deal with and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
