The disfunction in this place is astounding. I would never have a loved one step foot in this place again. When there is this much disfunction you know it starts at the top.

I just want to Thank everyone at The Dalles Rehabilitation for the excellent care given to my mother recently. From Jasen, the nursing staff, the support staff, and any one in between she was given the care and support she needed to get stronger. The new kitchen staff listened to our concerns and needs and addressed them appropriately. The nurses were kind, gentle, and supportive. Her Rehabilitation staff, ie PT and OT were incredible! Even the amazing staff that kept her room clean and comfortable. Upon being discharged they have made sure the transition home has been a good one. I do not know all the names of the staff that cared for my parents but thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart! We had excellent care for my dad too. When my dad needed a place to go they quickly found a room available. We were also thankful for his care last Fall. Again thank you! I would highly recommend The Dalles Rehabilitation to anyone needing this kind of care.

We love TDHR Evergreen they are our family they take great care of mom when she needs to be there. She has been twice now. And both times she was made to feel very loved and cared for. We love you all Francene & Deanne

The Dalles health and rehab deserves 10 stars! I visit a friend once a week and each time their care and cleanliness is top notch. If there’s a question about anything they take care of it immediately. Even the food is good! I would want my own mother to go here if she needed assistance. I would also want to receive care here myself if it ever became necessary! Heroes really do work here!! GOD bless you all!!

A huge thank you to everyone at The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center for taking such great care of my mother. Since suffering from a stroke 7 years ago and now recently having a heart attack, my mother needed as much help as she could get for her recovery process. Fortunately, she was able to get into your center and has received the best physical therapy she has ever experienced. We were concerned that she really wouldn't be able to walk again. However, she is now able to walk up and down the hallway with support. Every team member took wonderful care of my mom and had her engaging in activities that she hadn't done in a few years. We are fortunate to have such a great center in our community.
