Terrible terrible terrible. They deserve 0 stars. Do not send your loved ones here. The facility is disgusting and your loved ones will be treated like animals. Your concerns or issues will not be resolved no matter who you talk to. I wouldn't send a dog here. The state needs to investigate this place and shut it down immediately! I have absolutely NOTHING positive to say. It's HORRIBLE on every level!

When my dad was there in 2023, things started out great. That lasted until I had to ask to have my dad switched to another room, due to his roommate being rude, disrespectful, and nasty. They quickly moved him to another room the day after, and I do not at all blame the facility for the actions of residents. At the time of the switch, there was an aide talking to the roommate, complaining about my dad's family members. At first, the new room was a breath of fresh air. There were some absolute wonderful employees that treated my dad like family, and stopped in just to check on him, and listen to his stories. Unfortunately that doesn't make up for the abuse and neglect that started happening. Every time I complained about the abuse, the treatment of my dad and our family got worse. He was slammed into his bed, screamed at, left on the edge of his bed, even though he was a fall risk. They got nasty with family when we walked into the room and witnessed abuse and screaming at him. They refused to check him for a UTI, even though we had raised concerns about the urine output from his catheter. I rode in a transport van with him from the facility to a hospital for a test. When the driver was getting ready to get him out, he was having a seizure. I ran in to get help, and they discovered he was unresponsive. After being put on a ventilator, and taken to a different hospital by life flight, it was discovered the seizure was caused by a UTI. He never was himself again, even after the ventilator was removed. After a week in the hospital, he was able to go home on hospice, and passed a week later, peacefully, with family around him. If Arbors abused and neglected my dad, with family being there every day, what happens to residents that don't have anyone there?

My dad spent the last 2 months of his life in this facility. The kindness and attention that was given to him by the majority of the individuals that were his caregivers was remarkable. I am writing this in lieu of my mother, who was there every day and saw first-hand how the services were provided. During my visits there were a few who stood out significantly, and I would like to acknowledge them. Sam, who treated my father like he was his own. Bryn, who assured all of us that she would manage his comfort, and really listened. Carla, who was a great moral support to all of us. Linda, who always returned my calls immediately. I want to thank all of them for helping my father exit with dignity and grace.

People here are given daily activities, nurses are spot on for care. Alot of long term workers that love their jobs. Aids new and old learn and make efforts to accommodate residents needs. I tip my hat for the respect they show and give for our veterans. My husband is very happy we found this place for his needs. So am I.

Awesome facility, well maintained inside and out of the areas I was able to view. Staff is well trained, good communication skills, friendly and helpful. Any and all issues are promptly addressed, resolutions sought, resolved if possible. My mother is long term care and she is very happy, loves her roommate, gets along with staff very well. Loves the activities areas, loves to help take care of indoor and outdoor plants and landscaping. No nasty odors when walking the halls. Areas are kept clean, sanitized, and good Covid protocols in place. 5 star facility!!
