Absolutely horrendous. My husband was withheld care in this facility. State investigation leads to whistle blower retaliation.
Kevin super rn will withhold pain meds from your family member.
Better hope evening rn Richard is paying attention he doesn't when he's passing meds.
This place is an abhorrent Medicare bill mill. Stay away.
This is the first time I have been able to visit my Dad at Medilodge. I wasn't sure what to expect, and was pleased to see that he was well taken care of by a friendly staff in a clean and secure environment. My brothers and their families also made the trip up with me and mine, and we were allowed to use a large room for this little reunion, as requested by Cathy, Dad's lovely wife. All in all, it was a wonderful visit, and I know our Dad enjoyed it immensely, and we are grateful.
My mother Reva Teboe been in there since 2019. The whole time she was in there she was treated with dignity and respect. The staff always went above and beyond to take care of my mother. I would highly Recommend Medilodge to whoever finds them self in the situation of needing a nursing facility. Thank you everyone on staff at Medilodge. You have no idea how much you appreciated.
The people that work here are awesome and they take very good care of the residents they take them on field trips to the casino Mackinac Island they do slip and slides baking crafts they actually care about the people that are in there and that warms my heart. Plus they got some pretty cool dogs that come in. I have seen people in nursing homes before that are very unhappy and I feel like this is a very upbeat facility. Heidi and April are awesome. They treat the residents like their own parents. ❤️❤️❤️
I have a cousin at the Medilodge of Grand Traverse, on his death bed. The first thing I noticed when I walked in, was how clean the facilities are. The second thing I noticed was how friendly and knowledgeable the personnel is. I would rate this facility with a number 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. This place reminds me of an assisted facility in my hometown that I am on the board of directors. I believe our facility has all the same characteristics that Medilodge has. I am very proud that our facility matches with the qualifications that Medilodge has.
Regarding my cousins care, I believe it is second to none here at the Medilodge. Hats off to every employee that works here. I know your work is never done. I will include everyone of you in my prayer’s forever!!
