Do NOT believe the photos of on their Website! The website photo are FAKE! In reality you'd have to add 35 YEARS to those pictures to equal REALITY! This Nursing Home is a dump and stuck in 1990! It cramped, the menu is disgusting and you have eat it or you eat a WET ham and cheese sandwich with NO Condiments. NO Condiments are EVER available for the patient's to have for the SLOP you are SERVED! I was a patient at this facility. It needs to be INVESTIGATED by the State of Michigan and SHUT DOWN! It's a DISGUSTING Nursing Home! STAY AWAY, there are cleaner places and Nursing Homes that don't treat patients as PRISONERS in a jail.
Villa did an outstanding job providing quality rehab to my aunt! She would check in with me every day talking about how kind all of the staff was to her as well! Thanks Villa!
I want to Thank Shaina and her amazing staff inside the Villa assisted living. Wow, the warmth, care and sense of family was tangible. The love they showered on my mother was heart felt and generous. They have a tough job caring for our elderly and I'm sure some days were hard. My mom loved everyone there and it was a comfort to me and my family. Thank you, we are all family now.
This staff all need a Raise in pay. I would gladly give more stars if I could!!
Just got done with talking to management very rude. She read my review on what I wrote days before when I was explaining on how I felt and what they did effected me the calls to me about my rights of breastfeeding she said oh like harassing you given me attitude, while I am holding my son. Telling me how my text to her was rude. Like yes your vile and so is management, there are multiple reviews put on them from mistreatment's not just mine it means they need to fix the problem. She said well we are done instead of having a mature conversation she told me I can leave. Pretty much told me that how I feel is on me and she doesn’t give a crap about what I had to endure. So sad. Do better lady do better villa HR do better to the nurses who mistreat people. Disgusting behavior shows.
My mom got discharged from the hospital which they did not give any pain medicine to. So when she got there she had not had any pain medicine for several hours, and they took 4 hours to give her, her medicine. The nurse she has is nice but the rest of the staff are rude. My mom called for help and the lady who came in said she wasn’t part of this section of rooms and left. I go to ask why her button for the nurse isn’t working and I get a “ok I’ll fix it” then I get the cold shoulder.all in all the staff is rude, it shouldn’t take that long to get pain medicine, and I wish we would’ve chosen a different place.
