The food is terrible and the new management cares more about new furniture and carpet rather than caring about the clients. The front doors are not secured at night. When emergency chains are pulled in rooms, the alarm dies not get answered right away. They also raised the rent over 50% today without 30 day notice. They fired a lot of staff in the past month and they are extremely understaffed. The Activities are lame and repetitive. My parents are moving out asap!
I love the residence out there, but for them to be treated so poorly by activities and administration looks over. It is a shame
Activities is the main event in any facility, but for activities to talk to them like they are nothing hate to see them I had to leave. I quit if anyone has a little one over there please go check on them.
Ridgecrest is such a beautiful and amazing building. I came in on a Friday to see about finding a new place for my grandfather and I was greeted by Brenda, The admissions manager for the facility. She is such a wonderful and knowledgeable woman. She gave me a great sense of peace while she explained everything that their facility offers and assured me my grandfather would be in great hands. As I did a tour of the facility I watched how she interacted with other residents and staff and saw that she is a truly kind hearted person that goes above and beyond for her residents. The teamwork is incredible and they are a one of a kind building that puts resident needs first. I definitely look forward to having my grandfather be a part of Ridgecrest!
My mom has been at Ridgecrest a year. Her care there has been phenomenal. After breaking her hip, and not getting good treatment at a different rehab nursing home, Ridgecrest welcomed her back with loving care. Alyssa and all the nursing staff there have taken it upon themselves to make sure that my mom gets extra attention. They have also worked to find extra home health to come in and help mom while she recuperate. You feel so blessed!💕💕💕
I want to say that Ridgecrest is such a wonderful place. I have been taking my brother there for Respite for the past 5 years or may more. They love him and treat him like a king! The staff is great and they love to serve. The administrative staff if awesome as well. Brenda Cruz is the admissions director and she runs a tight and awesome ship!! They are so hospitable and willing at all times. You can see the patients so clean and happy. the place always smells so good and clean. Thank you for all you do!!!
