My father just arrived for hospice care. So far, nice quiet place. The nurses have been very nice. A coffee bar, family room and snacks avbl

The staff is very friendly. They keep the families updated and involved in care. I visit grandpa almost daily and yet to see it dirty or had a bad experience. They have someone from housekeeping always doing something 7 days a week. The worst part is grandpa has to wait to get a recliner chair so he can sit up more comfortably during the day. It's understandable, would be great if they had more available. Maybe a few more chairs in the rooms would be nice. Other than that zero complaints.

My mom was here for three months the staff members and nurses were friendly and competent but as with any other place of long term care,24 hour by the bedside care is impossible, so longer wait times on call bells and such. Overall it was a pretty good place. Maybe three stars, until our discharge when the hospice service -we had been informed -would readmit us (my mom ) decided not to. It was Friday. No medical equipment ie. Oxygen! Toilet etc. No Dr. Nightmare! But the social worker, Tracy and the nurse manager Amanda really stepped up and handled business. Thank you guys for helping us and going above and beyond! We really appreciate the effort you gave for our transition.

My mother in law was being cared for at the hospice side, we didn't appreciate how some of the nurses and CNA were taking care of her. I had to ask the nurse to change her gown to give her something to eat. The most amazing 2 people that had taken care of my mother in law were Shelby and Marty on the hospice side those two ladies need a raise, the rest idk what to say about them but either find another job or take better care of people.

My elderly mother had a knee replacement and after 3 months of rehab at St. Catherine's, she was released to her home. She had dark purple urine burn over her private area (including inner thighs) and sores all over her backside. The home health workers were surprised at my mom's terrible condition. Broke my heart my mom was treated so poorly. I couldn't visit with her because of covid outbreak. I experienced poor communication in finding out how my mom was doing. She had vomited and had diarrhea one night. I called to find out what was going on on with my mom. Her nurse was busy at the time so I left my name and number for her to return my call. I never received a call. I spoke with my mom every night on the phone. She told me she would push the nurse button when she needed something but a lot of times it would take an hour or more before a nurse would show up.
