Sterling Park Senior Living offers an engaging assisted living community where independence is encouraged. Focusing on customized service plans, we ensure each resident receives the services and care needed every step of the way.
Accura HealthCare is a Midwest-based healthcare company that manages and operates skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living centers. Accura embraces an upside-down organization philosophy that places the residents, patients, and direct care employees at the very top of the organizational chart. The purpose of Accura is not simply defined as caring for Accura’s residents; instead, this purpose has a large continuum that includes Accura staff and families.
We believe it is the responsibility of Accura to share and build on our purpose among all of our care locations to create the highest quality experience and culture. From the moment a new resident, staff, or family member walks through the doors of any Accura care location, our true purpose is on display at every turn. We are honored to care for others. We are honored to grow our family and share our purpose every day.
"My favorite part of working at Sterling Park Senior Living is the culture. I love the people I get to work with, they make coming to work an absolute joy!" - Krista, Director of Nursing
"Sterling Park Senior Living offers a small-town feel and home-like environment. We are one big family here." - Carolyn, Executive Director
