BRENTWOOD NURSING HOME

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the staff at Brentwood for their exceptional care and love for my mom during her time there. After experiencing a difficult situation at another nursing home, where she was treated poorly, Brentwood offered her the comfort, care, friendship, affection, understanding, and support that we truly needed. The team at Brentwood is nothing short of remarkable. They treat my mom, and all of the residents, with the utmost dignity, compassion, and respect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of each individual. I spent many hours visiting my mom and had the opportunity to observe firsthand the love, attention, and personalized care they provide. I never once heard a complaint or anything negative about a patient. Instead, the staff consistently went above and beyond, making sure to say goodbye to each resident with kindness and respect at the end of their shifts. I witnessed countless moments where they fed the residents one by one with the same care as if they were children, and always handled them gently while assisting with their personal needs. They take great pride in keeping their patients clean, well-groomed, and comfortable. There are so many wonderful things I could say about the entire team that I would be afraid to mention any one person for fear of leaving someone out. From the staff in the offices to the cleaners, every single individual plays an important role in providing outstanding care. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart. May God bless each and every one of you. Thank you for caring for and loving my mother so beautifully. If I had to choose again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to select Brentwood. You are truly an incredible team!

I got 2 open bed sores from them and I have a very bad UTI infection right now. I’m disappointed they aren’t even the best Rehab Center at all now.

My mom was at Brentwood Nursing Home for 5 months. She received excellent care and was treated in a respectful manner. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Her medical needs were addressed in a timely manner. The food was excellent, in fact mom gained a little weight while there. The facility was always clean and home like. The outdoor areas were easily accessible and pleasantly decorated. The administration should be complimented for promoting a family type atmosphere.Most importantly, mom was happy and felt secure there. When her condition became stable and discharge was discussed, she did not want to leave.

I cannot say enough about the care that my Mom received at Brentwood ! The staff were so kind and caring !! We felt as though she was treated like a member of their family. Expectations for our mothers care were extremely high and we were never disappointed! The nurses and cna’s met her every need and gave us peace of mind during a very difficult time in our family. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a high quality , caring experience!

My mother and great aunt were both residents at this facility. The staff was wonderful. Providing excellent care was top priority, I am a nurse, and can be rather critical of nursing care and they exceed my expectations. Everyone from the nursing staff to the house keepers were respectful, kind and courteous. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a family in need of health care facility.
