the pleasure of meeting Stacy Claiborne, the Assistant Director of Nursing. From the moment I interacted with her, it was clear that she is not only highly professional but also incredibly caring and dedicated to both residents and their families. Despite her busy schedule, Stacy didn’t hesitate to stop what she was doing to assist a visiting family member and ensure the resident was comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness, attentiveness, and outgoing personality truly stood out, making a lasting impression. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and willing to go above and beyond for those in her care. I’m truly grateful for the warm and welcoming experience at Waverly Health & Rehab, and Stacy’s exceptional dedication deserves recognition. This facility is fortunate to have such a compassionate and committed leader on their team!

My mom just recently transferred to waverly for skilled nursing and PT and OT. They can't order meds til patient is actually in facility so her important IV antibiotics were late getting there. They have 3 " bugs that looks like roaches. Her TV didn't work and the bed didn't work properly. The "skilled nurse" messed up mom's picc line so now she has to get another one. I came to rehab at 1130 pm to help her get it unstuck. There was no emergency person to help her. She tried several people but nobody actually physically came to help and they werent any help over the phone. There is no emergency number on the weekend per Shawn the receptionist. When asked who is the emergency contact at night and on weekend if someone dies or gets beat up. Shawn said "I just let the unit handle it". She hung up on me. You have to wait for someone to buzz you in and out. We went last night about 830 pm and had to wait forever for someone to let us in. They only way they knew we were out there is because someone was trying to get out. A few nurses have been very rude and disrespectful toward mom. The nurse call bell has been on for over an hour with nobody coming. And one night the nurse said mom's nurse bell was disconnected from the nurses station. There is no excuse for that. This has been the worst possible place. I wonder how many other clients they treat like that.

I had the pleasure of being cared for by Nurse Stacy Claiborne during my stay at Waverly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, and she truly made a difference in my experience. Stacy is incredibly compassionate, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort and care. Her outgoing and friendly personality made me feel at ease from the moment I met her. She brings a level of warmth and professionalism that stands out, and her positive attitude helped brighten even the toughest days. I’m grateful for her dedication and the excellent care she provided during my recovery.

I have never been to your facility; however, if the day comes when I may need to go to a rehabilitation and healthcare center, I would choose your facility because of one employee I am familiar with and her name is Stacy Claiborne. This young lady is very enthusiastic, caring, dedicated, nurturing, no nonsense and attentive nurse. When she enters the room her demeanor illustrates the presence of God. Her smile radiates throughout the room while she takes time to compliment you. She is a hard worker and seems to love being a nurse. I enjoyed her taking came of me.
