NOTTING HILL OF WEST BLOOMFIELD

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!! Dad was admitted from hospital, they did NOT have a bed ready for him, EMS had to walk up and down the hall to find him a room and put him in it. My father is bariatric, did not have a bariatric bed (even tho they told care management at hospital that they did). Then he went over 24 hours without his medications including his blood pressure meds AND his blood thinner. Food is terrible ALWAYS cold when delivered. I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog…They have a total of 5 TV channels. He’s been there for 2 days now and NO physical therapy. No wound care has been done (recent surgery) in 48 hours. He has to wait hours on end for pain meds. They could only give him ONE urinal because they “ran out”. This place is an absolute disgrace and should be shut down. One RN for the entire floor with only 2 NAs? I will be calling CMS.

This facility has gone downhill. They are no different than any other nursing home and may be worse than others. Poor care, incompetent people, etc. There are a few good staff members there but nothing to compensate for the rest of the staff. Having employees write reviews is pathetic as they are part of the problem. A lot of these poor reviews are folks who have had similar experiences. Maybe you should perform an internal review of your practices and procedures.

Staff gives me praises when I try to strive to be as independent as possible with my goals to going back home. The facility is clean and a safe environment.

My husband and I are having a wonderful time at Notting Hill. We have been be treated very good, the staff are extremely nice and the food is amazing! I would highly recommend this place for everyone in need of services!

The worst of the worse. My husbands 2nd visit. The let him lay in his pee over night. They complained when he would ring for the nurse. Both times they lost ALL HIS CLOTHING and still have not reimbursed us as promised. The 1 thing that was good there was physical therapy. That is it. They should be shut down.
