I am a home health and hospice nurse. I work with a lot of skilled nursing facilities when patients are ready to be discharged home. I wanted to take the time to highlight how amazing Daniella and Gabriella were with a recent patient discharge. Both were very easy to work with and were very communicative with this very complex situation. Most importantly, I feel like they cared deeply for this patient and their other patients. This attention to detail and caring attitude really helped provide a safe and efficient discharge home. This is not the case at a lot of other facilities. Thank you Daniella and Gabriella!

I can’t say enough good things about West Valley Post Acute Skilled Nursing Center. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The nursing team is incredibly attentive, always available to answer questions and provide support, not only to the residents but also to their families. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a calming atmosphere that makes a real difference in recovery. The physical and occupational therapy departments are top-notch — they really take the time to develop individualized care plans and celebrate every bit of progress. What stood out the most was the compassion shown by every staff member, from the nurses to the housekeeping team. They treat residents with dignity and respect, making it clear that this isn’t just a job for them — it’s a calling. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be truly cared for during their healing journey, West Valley Post Acute is a place you can trust.
