Clear Creek Care Center and the Staff have been so kind and helpful as I've begun the transitioning process for my cousin to long-term care. It's a very welcoming environment and it's even been a pleasure to get to know the Residents. Thanks to everyone at CCCC for helping to make the process as easy as possible during what can often be a difficult time. I appreciate you all! Peggy Dietz
I can't say enough good things about Clear Creek Care Center - and the care they took of my Granny! She felt comfortable and safe during her time there, thanks to the staff and specifically the new administrator.
Excited to see a Skilled nursing facility filled with such competent and friendly staff. You can tell the residents are happy and know they are being treated as if they are family!
This place takes good care of my loved one. They are friendly and caring . I am so happy that we found this home for our family member . It really is good to know they are well cared for.
I was my dad's full time and only caregiver for 5 years, but had cared for he and my mom for 13 years. Because of physical limitations and pure exhaustion I needed a place for respite for him. My team of doctors gave me a list and I chose Clear Creek Care Center, sight unseen. Putting your parent or loved one in a care facility is a traumatic experience to begin with, especially after the length of time he was at home. My dad was 95 when he needed placed. The first point of contact I had was Monica in admissions. She was very kind and attentive and answered any question that I had. The day came to admit my dad. When I got to the center I was met by Lilly with a smile and a kind demeanor. I was shown to my dad's room and it was a little scary and crazy. The staff made it less stressful. Once I met the nurse and the CNA ( along with the activities director, the Director of nursing and others who I can't remember) I felt like I was with an extended family. It was not easy to let someone else take care of my dad, but I needed a break. I had questions and those questions were answered honestly and promptly. While my dad was there he started to decline and so his medical team and the team at Clear Creek met and ultimately placed him on hospice while he was there. The social work team of Matthew and Aleeda were always caring and pro active through the process. The day came when my dad passed away. I don't remember everything that happened that day. I remember my nerves and thoughts being in a jumble. I also remember the way the staff cared for me as if I was one of their own. The ultimate gift they gave me was when they honored my dad, a Veteran, for his last walk down the hall. It was completely unexpected and the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. Although my dad was there such a short time (less than a month) I know the staff loved him well and took such good care of him. I will forever be grateful to all of them, from the custodian who cleaned up after my dad, to the CNA's who took such great care of him and involved him in activities, to the nursing staff, the administration and the receptionist. If anyone needs to find a home for their loved one, even if it is for a short respite or long term. You can not get any better than Clear Creek Care Center.
