I want to thank the entire staff on behalf of my wife, Marybeth. Having just completed a two week stay, she made wonderful improvement. We particularly want to thank the PT, OT, and Speech Therapy teams. The teams were well staffed, effective and were kind and professional. The activities staff always had a smile and a good cup of coffee for a caffeine deprived visitor. The nursing staff was attentive and helpful. The rooms are large and kept very clean. Thank you all for your kindness and thoughtfulness. Best to the entire staff. Marybeth and John Kuras
My mother recently had a hospice respite stay at this facility. The staff was very friendly and nice. Both the facility and room were clean and well appointed. During her stay she enjoyed engaging in the activities, especially bingo. Facility staff worked with hospice company to ensure all medications and medical equipment were ordered and delivered prior to arrival - everything went well with her stay.
My dad was only there for a few days. The room was clean and neat. The facility in general was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and very accomodating. I never felt that dad was being neglected and I didn't regret sending him there.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! One star is giving this place a favor!!! my grandmother has been in this facility for two weeks and counting and has been treated poorly by almost every staff member except for a small handful. The aids at the desk would rather scroll on their phones than help patients. I come to visit to find her arm is gashed and gushing blood. she asked for a bandage and it took close to 45 minutes for any nurse to come in. The Aids came in prior and say they can’t help and walk out of the room. This is just disgusting, unsanitary and pitiful service. The staff here have no bedside manner and act like the patients are a huge inconvenience to them and they act this way even with family present. They have no shame whatsoever. There have also been soiled sheets lying all over the facility, while the aids at the desk scroll on their phones. One of the staff was on FaceTime as my grandmas assist alarm is flashing. If you love your loved one, you would do whatever you could to avoid this place at all costs.
I fractured my ankle in 3 places and I'm not able to bare weight on my right leg. After I left the hospital I came here for 9 days before coming home. I'm so glad I did! I was cared for very well and the nurses, aides and staff were great helping me with whatever I needed. They have a great physical therapy room and team! They taught me the proper way to use my walker and gave me exercises to do to strengthen my arms. My room was very clean and was cleaned daily.
