Annabell, Netta, and Morgan made the whole experience liveable for my sweet grandmother. The food was pretty terrible, the therapies were very inconsistent at best. I did feel safe with my loved one here because of the few amazing staff members. I am thankful she made it home where she can get the help she needs immediately not waiting for help to the restroom that never comes. Thank you to the Lulu house staff that were great.
Family Health and Rehab is such a warm and welcoming place! Their social worker, Dora “Lili,” is just the sweetest she truly cares about every resident and always goes above and beyond to help families feel supported. The team does an amazing job keeping everyone engaged with fun activities and a positive atmosphere. You can really feel the love and energy here! Highly recommend!
Nursing staff was super nice. The ancillary team was far and beyond what I was expecting. Everyone in
housekeeping was really friendly. I really felt like I was among family. The kitchen staff was very flexible. Snacks were made available in between meals which really helped me because I was always hungry. The continuity of care was evident by the constant reviewing of my care plan. I had a private room with a TV.
Family Health and Rehab gave me a path to recovery from a serious fall and traumatic brain injury. Individualization, collaboration, attention to details, respectful communication, enthusiasm, and yes, fun . PT, OT, nurses, aides, social workers, doctors live out the mission statement: Improve Lives and Exceed Expectations. I am grateful!
State of the art facility. EXTREMELY Caring staff. The thought that this facility put in to the layout and amenities that this facility provides for those in need brought me to tears. Couldn't say one thing bad about this place. Literally thought of EVERYTHING. Proud for wichita to have such an amazing rehab center.
