I wish that I could leave zero stars because this facility and staff are horrible. My Mom was here for rehab and the staff does nothing more than get her out of bed and into a wheelchair where she sits all day. She ended up falling trying to go to the bathroom because the staff wasn’t around to help her. Now she’s back in the hospital and also being treated for a sore on her butt from sitting in the wheelchair all day everyday and it was untreated while there at Riverview. They also lost all of her clothes that were taken to her by her niece and her daughter in law. Try to call and talk to a supervisor to file a complaint and you get put on hold and after 15 minutes you get disconnected. Maybe they’ll talk to a lawyer!

My dad recently stayed at Riverview Rehabilitation for short-term therapy after a hospital stay, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. From the moment he arrived, the staff made him feel comfortable, supported, and truly cared for. The environment is warm, clean, and welcoming, and the level of professionalism is outstanding. I want to give special recognition to Shelly, Patrick, and Jeanene, who went above and beyond in their care. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made a world of difference for my dad’s recovery and for our family’s peace of mind. Thank you, Riverview, for the excellent care and compassion—you truly exceeded our expectations! Kelli

Upon arriving the receptionist helped me to find my way and I had a pleasant visit with a family member who is a patient at Riverview in the large community room provided which provided us a private, comfortable area .Upon leaving , two staff members were very nice saying thank you and have a safe trip home.

READ IMPORTANT: First, I’d like to address the employment of this establishment. Your employees speed through my neighborhood, causing two accidents in a week while going 65-70 MPH in a posted 25 MPH zone. This is a neighborhood, not a highway. You’re putting people at serious risk of injury. It’s absurd that your employees rush through a residential area and cause accidents, but when my aunt was in your care, no one seemed to rush to help her when needed or even do the bare minimum. She was there for a year and consistently complained about the rude and unhelpful staff. They wouldn’t even get her medicine when she needed it. Tragically, she passed away. Come to find out with blisters all over her body. Please demonstrate common sense in understanding that your employees are rushing in a vehicle but not in showing concern for the elderly. I could go on and on about this place, but you seem to have no care whatsoever, and it’s absolutely terrible! I genuinely hope the worst for people like you who are so careless of everything around them. You hire people who don’t care! It’s clear that you don’t care either. You need to have a talk with your employees about speeding through a residential neighborhood with children, but you don’t even rush to help the elderly? What a disgrace! You’re a neglectful and non-caring company. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE I PROMISE YOU IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA

Always wonderful to visit and share the faith with the residents. Many are such wonderful people. I feel a bond with so many of them. The staff are always helpful and professional. I look forward to every visit.
