Horrible place. My loved one is here and since admission I have yet to have her room cleaned or the visitor bathroom cleaned. I just found out that this place has not had a housekeeping crew for almost 2 years! This place is filthy dirty, smells horrible! Dust everywhere, registers falling off the wall, no toilet paper to be found. Bathrooms smell. Rooms smell. Hallway bathrooms that are just for the people who live there are horribly dirty and smell. If I could move my loved one I would. My advise is to look at other facilities in the area. They have got to be cleaner than this one. If I could rate this facility ZERO stars I would!

Horrible. Do not send your love ones here... ESPECIALLY if they are unable to communicate!! My loved one was treated horribly when they did get to her. Every button push for help was over 50 minutes. Can't find anyone. Every visit, she smelled like urine and wound up with a UTI that they refused to test for. After a health incident sent her to the hospital, it was diagnosed as a severe UTI that caused her health event. They are telling everyone they are short staffed, but on the way out to the ambulance they wanted to know if she would need that room. Can't wait to fill it with someone else they can ignore?? If they are so short staffed. They should stop accepting people. I cannot believe Williams Bay would house such a horrible center. I will be reporting to every state and medical agency I can.

I wouldn't put an enemy in this place. Worst place EVER!!!!! My brother was with my dad on January 6, 2019 from 10am to 6:30pm that's when I flew in from Virginia and my dad hadn't been turned ALL DAY! He had the worst bed sore on his bottom that I've ever seen in my whole life! When I asked about his meds I was told he could have it every hour, the staff said he didn't need it every hour!!!!! Hospice came everyday to see my dad and pray with us. Hospice came in on January 7th, 2019 around lunch time to check in with us and gave dad his bath, the same evening a staff member came in and told me that I would have to leave the room so they could give my dad a bath. I refused to leave, she called the police and had all of us escorted out. Got a call from hospice the morning of the 8th to say he had passed around 5:30am. My dad died alone and in pain this place needs to be shut down.

People should be more attentive at what they're doing on their job; and make sure they direct the people who ask for instructions in the correct direction. The people that don't have mercy and love for others should not be working there! Don't want to mention any names, but they know who they are. Two ladies in particular 😉

I wouldn't put anyone here, especially someone I love. I was on bedrest 7 of the 9 weeks i was there. I went 2 weeks without a bath even tho I asked everyday. My son had to come in and snap off for it to happen. Some of the nurses steal narcotics and when told about it administration did nothing. Im filing a negligence case my lawyer says I have a great one. Please go anywhere but here
