Lisa Osterling was headed to work there when she witnessed the horrible car accident I was in. This AMAZING, GENEROUS, HUMBLE, CARING WONDERFUL woman, and Nurse, stopped and helped myself and my daughter get through the nightmare. She pulled over, checked on all 3 cars, talked to my daughter (on the Autism spectrum) to calm her, gave my daughter a special bracelet she will never take off, followed our ambulances to the hospital with all of our stuff from inside my car, stayed the entire hospital stay, drove us home, checked up on us and sent us very delicious skyline and McDonalds via door dash. The gift of her kindness is so special to me and my family. She deserves a raise and recognition for what a GREAT person and nurse that she is. Locust Ridge is lucky to have her. When you see her give her a shout out from me and my daughter because she deserves all of the praise. Thank you Lisa from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

My son Matthew suffered a traumatic brain injury last year and was subsequently admitted to Locust Ridge. I believe the staff went above and beyond in providing care and treatment for Matt. When he first entered Locust Ridge, Matt was in a wheelchair and was being fed through a peg in his stomach. When Matt left Locust Ridge and “graduated” to an Assisted Living facility he no longer had the peg and is currently walking with no assistance. I cannot say enough good things about the people and the care Matt received at Locust Ridge. While I know my son gave the facility low marks, mostly due to a personality conflict with a specific nurse, as a mother I can tell you that he was mostly treated with kindness and respect throughout his stay. He was well loved by most of the staff and residents. The faculty were sad to see him go and also excited for the progress he made at Locust Ridge that contributed to him moving up to the next level of independence.

The nurse and aide for my hospice patient on Sunday nov 9th were exceptional! Going above and beyond to keep the patient safe and you could tell they really cared about him! Very rare to see these days and it made my day!;)

A couple of the staff members are very nice and attentive. Some of them seem like they do whatever they can to make your experience there miserable. I spent several months there and there where a few staff members I looked forward to seeing everyday. Unfortunately there are several bad apples that seem to enjoy making your days miserable.

this place is not what it advertised me and my family were trying to help my grandma get into a rehab facility and by the way the photos online looks like is nothing like this place it looks like a old rundown motel the workers don’t care about their patients and they never go in their rooms to check on them either plus the staff is very rude my grandma needed a bandage changed everyday and they did it once a week and when i told them about it they gave me the supplies and said go do yourself this place is a joke it needs to really be shut down. even other nursing homes are getting complaints about this place.
