Oddfellows was the only place that had a room when my husband was released from the hospital. I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews. And the physical building and atmosphere did not look like the ads on the television! No carpets, freshly painted rooms, or designer furniture to say the least. However, I have been overwhelmed by the love and care for my husband. The staff treat my loved one like one of their own family. And, it is not just my husband, it is all the patients. I have seen it with my own eyes. Some folks have no family visiting yet they are treated with upmost respect and dignity by the caretakers. Yes, there are patients who are struggling with many issues and can get upset or aggressive. Still, the first attempt is to deescalate and offer kindness to calm them down. No matter what I request, they are happy to oblige and with a smiling face. Yes, it is shabby, but it is cleaned thoroughly every day. I had my husband's name into other facilities, but have decided to stay here where we are treated as family. Gratitude, Pastor Judy Hanlon

This place is a joke my mother there they she had to use the bathroom and it took them 2 hours or more to help her it takes them even longer to answer the damn call button.my mother is blind so when they do they creep in and just turn it off and not even give her any attention or assistance. The food is horrible I got to make her food my self and bring it to her I can go on forever about this place

My father was assaulted by one of the staff. For his safety we pulled him out of the facility. My sister witnessed it. They never investigated. How do I know this? They never called the person who witnessed it. This place needs to be shut down.

This place is an absolute disgrace and should be investigated on how the patients are mis treated... my dad hasn't been there a month and within the first week got 5 stitches above the eye. They said he fell while running..🤔 I can't understand why they would think anyone would believe that when he is heavily medicated and can't even stand. The beds have no side railings to help avoid accidents rolling out of bed. They told me it was illegal for these types of long care facilities to have... So we're 20 days or so that he's been residing at this dump and he has unexplainable bruises and cuts with no paperwork to explain what it stemmed from... I promise I will do everything in my power to get to the bottom of this and someone will be held accountable and either get this place shut down or new management...
