This place should be ashamed of them self. How does some one fall and and doesn't respond to anything . You put them back in bed instead of sending them out to the hospital. After the fall they passed 4 hours later. A huge knot on there head and wasn't sent out to be checked out. If hadn't been for the room mate to get help only GOD knows how long they would have layed there. I worked health care for over 25 years and this should have never happen. I sure hope that family members check on there people cause this place sure dont. I hope who ever was working that day that took care of this person never works health care again! Think twice before putting your family in here. 0 star rating for me!

They cancel agency too much.. I’m so glad I had a back up plan for my 3 days your on my black list.. it’s a zero star facility. I would not recommend anybody to pick up here.

The employees are great, the physical therapists couldn't be better, however the place is rather run down. When I was there, about a year ago, there was a new wing that hadn't been opened yet, due to the shortage of patients. My room had no shower and I cannot take a shower in a 'community shower'. Fortunately, an employee was kind enough to go with me to a new private shower. The bed was so uncomfortable that I ask them for another mattress, it was not much better. The food was barely edible. However, the place was fairly clean and again, the employees were really nice and were very good at their jobs.

Great management team. The activities team is great and offers many different activity options. Nursing team is caring and compassionate. Great food, wonderful therapy team. Residents seem happy and well cared for.

Less than 0 stars deserved! Please tell me why a dying cancer patient was transferred from Hospice to this God awful place for "Rehab"?! The answer to this question is that there are insurance issues, obviously due to lack of information submitted. The patient cannot eat solid foods because the cancer is restricting the G.I. tract. They are, and have been, on a soft/liquid diet for some time now. So, tell me why this patient, who has been at this facility for over a week, has never been evaluated, as an intake is suppose to be performed upon arrival, by the staff dietitian? And they consistently bring this patient regular diet solid food trays??!! The patient and their family members have explained, more than a few times, that the patient cannot eat that food!! The staff told them that the family will have to provide food for the patient, as they do not stock anything there that they can eat!! I am more than mortified at this inhumane care that this patient is receiving! If they cannot, or refuse, to take the best care of their residents, they don't deserve to be in business! Please do not let your loved one be placed in this horrid facility!!
