I would never ever ever put my family member in this facility. Not due to the staff but due to the owners and the company pinical that runs it.they use and abuse there employees hours and they force over time even if it dosnt seem like it sometimes there is no choice or there will only be 2 cnas for 32 residents.from peoples call bells getting ignored to pee and poop that they have to sit in is honestly saddening. From the people passing away that definitely shouldn't have this facility from the inside out is a very scary place for anyone's loved ones not to mention they allowe cnas to speak to residents and say things that may hurt or trigger them in the long run pleas protect your loved ones from costal manor
I cannot recommend this Facility. I had a family member there ~1 week. He was transported to the hospital & I was never informed by Coastal Manor. I became aware when the hospital registration called me. Then, when I went to get his belongings- I was incorrectly told he had Passed! Not sure who's in charge there, but I hope they figure things out....
I called and asked about my father in law and I asked about his feet and she said she didn't know about his feet and then the line went dead and then I was hung up on
Very understaffed, Room was very crowded. My husband didn’t get any sleep and nursing didn’t seem to care at all. I’m glad he was transferred out of there today after 2 1/2 weeks.
They are family....staff and residents....You can tell just walking in, you can feel the atmosphere of family.....Very clean and well taken care of.....Thank you Coastal Manor
