"The Doctor are exceptional. The staff is a complete and total failure. They refuse to allow you to speak to anyone at the decision making level. Supervisors refuse to respond to emails or voice messages. They accept my healthcare plan but the scheduler refuses to schedule procedures even after she receives verification from the Insurance Company validating their policy that the procedure is authorized with no pre-authorizations requirements. We spent 7 months debating with the individual who scheduled the trial procedure with her arguing about a pre-authorization requirement. After several conference call with the health provider and I, plus direct calls by the individual (scheduler), she contacted us 6 months later to state that we were correct and scheduled the trial procedures. The lack of communication and failure to proceed again has occurred with her refusal to schedule the appointment for the permanent solution. I have been dealing with chronic pain for 5.8 years and the Doctors at this Facility have identified the proper treatment for my issues. The Doctor told me to schedule the appointment for the long-term treatment but, the staff will not proceed with his directions. I have endured several months of debilitating pain and unnecessary mental anguish because of the support staff at this facility refuses to grant access to the recommended treatment outlined by the Doctor."
