"After an initial screening appointment, I had a colonoscopy scheduled at this office. I followed all the inconvenient but necessary instructions: vastly altering my diet for a full week, taking time off work, arranging for a ride, and fasting the day before the procedure, as required. While I was fasting, less than an hour before I was supposed to start the necessary medications, the office called to reschedule my appointment due to what they readily admitted was an error on their part. I spoke to several people in the office who offered flimsy apologies but were completely unwilling to do anything to make this right or change scheduling procedures so this doesn't happen to other patients. This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever encountered, and I will never return (I will reschedule with a different practice). If you must go to this practice, be prepared to be treated rudely and with a complete and utter lack of respect. "

"Although reception service was excellent, the waiting area, though comfortable, lacked a cordial atmosphere. The preparation included nurses that were 5 star, in terms of friendliness, courteousness, honoring privacy & explaining delays. Assumed COVID requisites, that limit occupants in the prep. & discharge area, make the patient feel isolated. Information & discharge instructions become suspect with varying individual anesthesia responses & no family involvement. No pain was experienced & anesthesia administration & affect seemed perfect.
