"My wife had neck surgery in Jan. of 2021, And they insisted on us paying our deductible & co-pay to them instead of the Doctor. I have spoken to them on numerous occasions about this, with NO RESULTS on my over payment of $3,123.00 , I've also Had my Insurance co. explain to them how this money should have went to the Doctor instead of them. This has gone on long enough & the Laser Surgery Center STILL is holding my money HOSTAGE, so do yourself a favor, DON"T GIVE THEM A DIME UNTIL YOUR SURE, BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET IT BACK FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!! "
