"On first visit, was told doctor was running behind, it would just be a few minutes. When 30 minutes, 1 hr, 2 hr passed, found out the doctor was running several hours behind. The fact that the doctor was running behind is unrelated; the staff didn't want people to leave so they were lying to several of us about how long the delay actually was until a lot of time had passed.. even then, they only told me when I insisted on a real answer. Rescheduled and had the procedure done, only to get a call a few weeks later asking for $104 to cover a procedure I didn't ask for, but the doctor "performed anyway." When I inquired about this, they said they would have the office manager call me back, which they never did. I just got a call from collections instead. When II called back again, they said they had no record of me calling the first time and that it's my fault, because they sent me a notice to pay. When asking about the validity of the procedures and charges, was told they can't answer that. I am well aware of their business model, they are a facility that doctors use.. that doesn't release them from ethical responsibility when they are calling me about the bill. They should have taken ownership of this, figured out what was going on and assisted in resolving to, at least, some extent other than, "sorry, you need to call someone else.""
