Brookdale Adrian

I was apprehensive about my Mom moving to an assistant living community. We walked into Brookdale and it had a family atmosphere it was beautiful and so spacious. The staff we met with were very caring and the residents seemed happy and friendly. My Mom has now been there 4 months and she is happy, comfortable and cared for. Many of the staff treat her like family taking time with her and even have sat with her on days she needs to talk or get some encouragement. Mom has made many friends already. The Manager and Director have quickly responded to any questions or concerns.

I am a Plumbing & Mechanical contractor that services Brookdale of Adrian and they take really good care of their HVAC & Plumbing throughout the building. Brookdale is very proactive about replacing their equipment instead of repair old worn out equipment. The staff is so friendly they have even offered my guys meals & cookies while on site.

My mom has been here for 2 years. While the building is not new, we have been happy with the care received. The staff is caring and management more than competent. There are many activities for residents. Compared to other assisted living facilities, the pricing is fair. My biggest complement is that I feel they use the golden rule- treat others as you wish to be treated. There is quite a few of the staff that also have family members here which is encouraging. Going into a facility like this is never easy- the staff works to make transitions as seamless as possible. 6-26-20 update. My mom passed this past March so she was at Brookdale almost 4 years. The staff was understanding and helpful. We will always value the care received from Brookdale staff. I can continue to recommend this facility without reservations.

As a local homecare provider in the area, I've developed a beautiful relationship with the kind and loving staff at Brookdale Adrian. I'm in and out of their wonderful facility on a weekly basis, as our homecare agency services some of their independent residents and we also participate in many of their senior events. I can report first hand that each time I am at Brookdale Adrian, I witness so many happy residents enjoying themselves with their friends that reside there with them. I have personally recommended Brookdale Adrian to many of my clients when they hit a point where they begin considering the amenities of an Independent or Assisted Living facility. You cant go wrong with Brookdale. Two Thumbs up!!

I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at brookdale they have worked so hard but one issue we had was poor management and never could keep staff always short and people deserve more care. Management was a reason why I left unfortunately not a place I'd want to live in and not because of staff it's management I'm a very honest person and if things were better I would have stayed. Tired off workers getting no credit worked like a dog and no respect unfortunately I wish i could say better things hopefully someone else has a better experience.
