Ravenna Assisted Living

I moved my mom into Ravenna in May of 2016. It was such a hard decision to place her in assisted living and yet because of the caring staff and support of the owners, it was the best decision for her. The facility is beautiful, well cared for and clean. My mom enjoys the food, the activities and Is so well taken care of by the staff/nurses that I never worry about her. They communicate with me about everything so I never feel disconnected from her care. I can see and feel the love/care my mom receives when I visit her. Ravenna has been a true blessing and I am so grateful my mom can call it home.

My Uncle was at Ravenna for 6 weeks and was very Happy with his care. "The staff were wonderful and food was good." He and my aunt felt like they were treated as family and he had the best possible care. Our experience with this was that the facility provided great personal and professional care for my Uncle. I am glad that Ravenna was recommended to us and would recommend it to others looking for an excellent assisted living facility. Thanks for all the kind professional care you provided to us.

I placed my brother and his wife at Ravenna over two years ago. The staff has been amazing and my family is very happy. This past May, my sister-in-law passed away and the staff took care of everything. My brother was moved into a single room and they have been so compassionate toward his loss. Before she died, Sharon took part in activities and was very social. Everyone loved her and Ravenna held a small "Celebration of Life" to let everyone talk and grieve. To me, that is what good and compassionate care is all about. Thank you, Ravenna staff, especially Morgan and Caren for all your kindness. Being in California, I know my brother will continue to receive good care and I don't have to worry about him.

Mom has been at Ravenna for a year and a half. It has become home for her. She is taken care of by competent, caring, and loving staff. Any issues we bring to management's attention are addressed and rectified quickly -- or we are informed as to why things may/cannot not be as expected. I feel confident that she is safe and listened to by both staff and management. We are able to continue working and/or fulfilling our other family responsibilities knowing she is safe and well taken care of.

We have a family member here at Ravenna. We can not say enough about the care that they give her. They are outstanding!!! We have had some experiences with other places in Albuquerque and the treatment and care was horrible. Ravenna is such a blessing and we feel that they should go to every assisted living in town and teach them how to treat our senior citizens with their caliber of care. We had to travel out of state for an extended period of time and the family visits were reduced dramatically and still had NO Fear of how our family member was being treated and cared for. They are WONDERFUL to work with and give over and above every day in their care. I would only hope that we all could find such a place when we need it for ourselves.
