It has been my distinct honor and blessing to have had many uplifting and positive experiences with The Classic, its staff, administrators, and residents for all the years that it has been open. Every time I enter the beautiful facility, I'm greeted by smiles and a warmth that is a reflection of the kind and loving care each of the staff gives so cheerfully to all the residents of The Classic. My friends who are living, or have lived there, to a person, have been overwhelmed by the great and nurturing atmosphere and experiences they are offered at this world-class environment which gives exceptional care to our seniors, the most honored and valuable citizens of our communities. The care provided by the staff is unmatched—they treat every resident like family, with the same compassion and respect they’d give their own mom, dad, grandma, or grandpa. The Classic promotes independence while ensuring a warm, supportive environment. With top-quality food (some of the best in the Eau Claire area), fun and engaging activities, and a strong, compassionate leadership team, it’s easy to see why so many families trust The Classic. It’s a great place to call home.

My grandfather lived in the memory care for 3+ years. The care he received was unmatched! The thing that stands out most to me is the compassion of all the staff. He was so loved and well taken care of, it was like a new family to him and us! Not to mention, the facility is beautiful and cleanly. If we had to make the choice again, we would choose The Classic every time! :)

When I first started at the facility, I felt a sense of warmth and community that truly sets this place apart. Our management team takes their time in hiring staff that are highly trained and are genuinely compassionate people who treat every resident like family. Whether it’s assisted living or memory care, they go above and beyond to ensure every need is met with kindness, respect, and dignity. The facility itself is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and designed to feel like home. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout, from cozy common areas to peaceful outdoor spaces where residents can enjoy fresh air and sunshine. The activities are meaningful and engaging, the meals are nutritious and very delicious, and everyone is always welcoming and friendly. I Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional senior living and memory care in the Eau Claire/Altoona area!

My mom has been at Classics for a couple years now and most of it has been spent in the Memory Care area. The staff and volunteers are absolutely amazing! No matter where I take her within the entire facility everybody knows her by name and have special stories to share with me of moments with her. The communication is outstanding! Anytime they witnessed a decline in her health, they were immediately communicating with us and addressed the problems together for the right solution.
