We recently moved our Mom here, it is a wonderful facility!! Super cute rooms, very cozy, staff goes above and beyond to help with anything to make sure your loved one feels at home . Lexi was absolutely amazing to work with as we were making this transition. We definitely appreciate everything. We live almost 2 hours away, as Mom wanted to go back to the place her and Dad raised their family , and to not have to worry about our Mom is so reassuring to us! Highly recommended! It's a great place for Mom. The staff are kind and caring. There are all sorts of activities that even my mom, with her eyesight issues, has been able to be involved. The food is good and plentiful, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and there are plenty of people that my mom, the social butterfly, has been able to make a connection. And the families can stay involved.

Making the choice to put my mom in a memory care unit was one of the hardest choices I have had to make. After touring multiple centers, I found Pinicon senior living. Every interaction with staff was positive, the atmosphere was welcoming and felt like a home away from home. Lexy is amazing and went out of her way to make my mom more than comfortable with the move and even sends me photo updates so that I still feel like a part of my mom’s everyday life. You can tell the staff love there job, they take the time to give every patient individual attention and go out of there way to learn about there patients pasts to better understand who they were before Alzheimer’s took over. I feel like this is so important and every time I visit I can tell my mom’s remaining time on this earth will be filled with happiness, love and people who truly treat her like family. Pinicon is one of my favorite facilities that we see patients at. Staff go above and beyond to keep their residents happy, healthy and safe. The director of nursing, Kelsey has been a great addition to the team!
