Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point

My MIL Sylvia has been living at Fields Smokey Point for 15 months now, she is 88 and loves Fields! It's a beautiful, clean, modern, well maintained facility. The decor is stunning and the open spaces are bright with plenty of windows letting the sunlight in. The outdoor courtyard is really awesome. The staff is so friendly and loving towards the residents, and my MIL is well cared for and loved. The activities are so fun and every day there are numerous events and activities planned that you can choose to participate or not. Tonight we went over for the annual Family Thanksgiving dinner and it was beautifully done. The table decorations were colorful and festive, and the food was delicious and hot. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves at all of the many tables with family members and residents alike. Special mention goes to Kristine our server who is a real delight and always happy and pleasant. I love Cady at the front desk, she is so helpful and fun everytime I swing by to visit MIL. Most of all I am very impressed with the new communications director Lacey - she is so fun and always so upbeat and engaging. She loves the residents and makes each one feel special one on one. She genuinely seems to love her job and her residents too. When you come into the lobby, she almost always comes out of her office to see who is visiting and strikes up a conversation to learn more about your loved one. I appreciate ALL of the staff at Fields - they are so polite and seem so happy to be there. Elder care is not for everyone - you have to be upbeat and patient....so glad the team at Fields is so great at what they do for others.

I have a friend who moved here recently and I visit about 4 times per week, not only is it a very nice atmosphere and the food is excellent but EVERY staff member is super nice! They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Very friendly staff that work with the residents. Clean environment. When the movers moved in my friend they were really impressed with how clean in looked and smelled. I have to agree and no perfume smell to try to hide something. Very inviting lobby and the front desk person is friendly and helpful. Residents are clean and look nice, there are several seating areas throughout the building to sit with a book or visit with friends and family. They have the standard amenities that senior living is known for. The activities lady has lots of activities going on throughout the week. She also spends a few minutes inviting residents to participate in the activities. The food is varied and tasty. They are very welcoming to have family and or friends to come with the residents and enjoy a meal.

My mom is living at Fields. She moved in 60 days after they opened and she is thriving at 94 years young. The staff is incredible. The amenities are outstanding and food is wonderful. We call it her cruise ship on land. If you are looking for a safe and happy place for your loved one, look no further. You will be glad you made this choice and joined the Fields family.
