Reflections, the memory care unit, at Bristal Armonk provides exceptional care for my father with a team that is both compassionate and professional. The Director, Stephanie Grant, along with her staff ensures that my father's needs are met with great attention to detail making him feel comfortable and safe. Stephanie is easily accessible and she works closely with our family; her involvement gives us peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the personalized care and support he receives daily.

As a resident of the Bristal at Armonk I am extremely impressed with the staff who always use a resident's name when interacting with them. It is very welcoming as a new resident and continues throughout. Staff members know your interests, your family and they listen to your concerns.

I am so incredibly grateful to have found The Reflections Memory Care Program at The Bristal Assisted Living in Armonk, NY. In less than 2 weeks since my father (100 years old) has moved in to the Bristal family, his cognition is recovering, he is communicating better and happily participating in activities. His progress is absolutely incredible and I attribute this to the power of human connection that my father is receiving round-the-clock from their dedicated, warm and patient team. Each team member goes out their way to get to know my father and encourages him daily to try a new activity. He feels safe, well cared for and his dignity is being restored. I decided to move my father here after a bad fall in December and everyone was very supportive in transferring him under short notice from the rehabilitation center to his new home at the Bristal. They personally evaluated him within 24 hours, transferred all his medications, arranged medical supplies, physical and occupational therapy, and future doctor appointments. The team members follow up with me continuously and my father is receiving a highly customized care plan for his special-needs. The entire Bristal community is luxurious, modern, and immaculate. I love all the family photos and personal touches outside each resident's room. I now sleep at night knowing that my dad is in the best loving hands!!
