We are so grateful for Kelley and all she has done to support our journey. Not only did she help us explore senior living, but she also went the extra mile by helping us find meaningful companionship work that fits our needs and abilities. Her dedication, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on our business. She truly cares about the people she serves — not just placing them in a community, but making sure they feel purposeful, engaged, and supported. Beautiful community nestled in the mountains of Asheville. Wonderful food, great care, staff, coworkers and lovely residence who are always willing to welcome a new part of the family.

My father has been at Asheville Overlook for three weeks and so far he has been doing well! He loves the food and he enjoys socializing with the other residents. I visited him over this last weekend and everyone I met was kind and seemed comfortable there. His room and facilities are clean and updated. The staff communicates well and are available for me to ask questions or check in, even though I live far away! We are looking forward to more good experiences there.

From the very beginning, Kelley at Brook dale made us feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. she walked us through every step of the process with patience and kindness, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt confident in our decisions. What stood out the most was how genuine and thoughtful everyone was. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for her — She truly care about the people and families they serve. Thanks to her guidance, what could have been an overwhelming transition felt smooth, comforting, and even exciting. We’re so thankful to have found a community that doesn’t just look beautiful, but feels like home.

We can see and feel the positive energy inside the community once you walk in the doors! All the staff are welcoming with smiling faces! The residents I see are engaged into activities, it’s something always going on. There’s a new leadership team that Has been amazing with the residents and staff. I visit this community 3-4 times a week and you can definitely see and feel the love and compassion that inside of Overlook! My residents I visit are all impress and happy for the new leadership and the care received. They look good, they feel Good and that’s what makes the difference from prior to now! They have people who actually care! I definitely will continue to support and recommend referrals .
