Paradise Valley Care

This place was a disaster for my mother. Just because it's under new ownership and been renovated, doesn't improve the quality of the same caregivers who are still there. The caregivers could not care less about my mother. They left her in soiled diapers for who knows how long. The house was flooded prior to her moving in and even though the black mold infestation was supposedly mitigated, my mother developed many respiratory issues which she had never had before. I finally moved her back home after her third hospitalization from catching pneumonia during her stay at this nightmare of a care home.
